the location was central to everything. the staff offered warm welcomes at the door. i found complimentary water convenient. the room was compact but worked for a short stay.

tiny room loud noise
The location was good for getting around. The AC and heating unit was very handy.
The room was tiny, and the head, foot, and one side of the bed touched the walls. It felt claustrophobic because there was little floor space. pipes made a loud noise at intervals throughout the night. These noises woke me up. This.

Compact and Convenient
efficient blinds coffee
The location offered great access to shops and restaurants. I found the complimentary tea and coffee a nice touch. The electric blinds were controllable and efficient. Air conditioning was available in the room and worked well.
The room lacked drapes so street lights illuminated the room at night. Cleanliness needed improvements. I spotted a greasy hand print on the window near the bed. The Wi-Fi signal was weak and slow.

The hotel's situation was really ideal. Oxford Street, and Carnaby Street were nearby. Train stations were a short walk away. The hotel was surrounded by cafes and restaurants.

helpful staff great location small room fake window
the staff were friendly and helpful it was a great location near everything i needed. the room was clean and the blackout blinds worked well. i appreciated the complimentary water bottles provided in the room the shower was also lovely.
the room was quite small and there was no wardrobe i only had hooks on the wall to hang my clothes. the fake window was strange and there was no view. i found the bed only accessible from one side
